The STACKS is Scholastic's site about books and reading for kids, where you can create profiles and interact with other kids about books, authors, etc. in a safe environment. GUYS READ is a web-based literacy program for boys. Their mission is to help boys become self-motivated, lifelong readers. The site includes a collection of book titles that "guys" have told them they like to read. Their idea is to help boys become readers by helping them find books they want to read.
