 At Murphy we want our students to build a love of learning and enjoy the many experiences we present to engage them in the thrill of learning!  Woodridge Reads is a district program promoting reading in all our schools and in our community.

William F. Murphy is one of six elementary schools in Woodridge School District 68 in DuPage County. There are approximately 345 students in Early Childhood through Sixth Grade. Murphy School has a proud tradition of excellence in academics and character education. More than fifty staff members provide services to a multi-cultural group of students. The needs of all students are met through differentiated instruction. The standard at Murphy is to educate the entire child in a safe and positive environment.
