    • To further develop our comprehensive plan to ensure that all students achieve social, emotional, and academic potential by designing with the goal to implement the new ISBE Culturally Responsive Teaching and Leading Standards.

Human Resources

  • GOAL:

    Woodridge School District 68 will continue to maintain our rigorous standard of excellence by recruiting, employing, and supporting high-quality staff.

  • 2021-22 OBJECTIVE:

    • Implementation of cloud-based, electronic human resources system

Financial Responsibility

  • GOAL:

    Woodridge School District 68 will strive to maintain the most efficient and effective use of district funds by directing and monitoring the fund balances and making recommendations to the Board for each school year regarding revenue and expenditures so as to maintain the financial stability of the School District.

  • 2021-22 OBJECTIVES:

    • Efficiently and effectively use our fund balances to maintain financial stability and to continue implementing our Facilities Investment Plan (also known as the Capital Improvement Plan) for 2020-2021, and to plan for 2021-2022, making recommendations and modifications, as needed.
    • Develop next five-year plan for 2021-2022 through 2025-2026

Community Engagement

    • Development of social media procedures, guidelines and best practices for staff
