Willow Creek will be concentrating on cooperative learning structures, teambuilding, and classbuilding in order to get students comfortable with working with classmates, improving student-student relationships, and taking social and educational risks in the classroom.

Intentionally concentrating on the positive interdependence portion of cooperative learning raises student engagement, builds stronger and more positive student relationships, provides equity amongst students, and holds students accountable.
