Peachjar’s platform streamlines school-to-home communication by distributing valuable school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. By enabling our district to go paperless, Peachjar helps us save thousands of trees each year.

      For W68 families

      • Woodridge School District 68 delivers school information and approved flyers from community organizations electronically. School-approved eflyers will be emailed directly to you. Additionally, you can view these eflyers by clicking the Peachjar button on your school’s website and the district app.

         

        This green initiative saves our schools tons of paper and reduces copy costs by thousands of dollars. On top of that, posting school flyers in this electronic backpack removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.

         

        Current Parents:

        If we have your email address on file, then no action is required on your part. If your child has moved to a new school in the district, you will receive eflyers from the new school. If you have not provided your email address, please do so to avoid missing important information. Delivery changes can be made in the 'Notification Preferences' section of your user account.

         

        New Parents:

        If we have your email address, then no action is required on your part. You will receive a welcome email from our service provider (Peachjar) that includes a username and password if you do not already currently have an account. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to log in to receive or view school eflyers. If you have not provided your email address, please do so to avoid missing important information.

         

        To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add “school@peachjar.com” to your email contacts. When you receive your first eflyer, be sure to click “always display images.”

         

        Troubleshooting Tips:

        • Please log in to your account and click Notification Preferences to be sure you are not set to 'Unsubscribe'
        • Ensure that your settings are set to receive flyers 'Daily'
        • Add the email address school@peachjar.com to your email contacts to be sure our emails are not being marked as spam.

         

        This system is used exclusively for distribution of district- and school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, and events.

      Marketing to families

      • Woodridge 68 wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! The paper flyers we used to send home are now only sent electronically. This green initiative saves loads of paper each year. Additionally, paperless delivery of school flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers and office staff.

         

        Peachjar manages this service on behalf of our schools using the latest electronic communication technology. Once your flyer is posted to a school's Peachjar site, parents can view your flyer online on the school website and app. Additionally, your flyer will be delivered via e-mail to all parents visually. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving school to school! Peachjar's Community Free Flyer Program covers the fees for one Community Free flyer per 28 days for organizations promoting a charitable free program, service, or resource where children are the direct beneficiary.

        Who can post flyers?

        Community, educational, charitable, recreational, or similar groups may, under established procedures, advertise events pertinent to students’ interests or involvement. All advertisements must (1) be student-oriented, (2) prominently display the sponsoring organization’s name, and (3) be approved in advance. Woodridge 68 reserves the right to decide where and when any advertisement or flyer is distributed, displayed, or posted.

         

        No commercial publications shall be posted or distributed unless its purpose is to further a school activity and there has been prior approval by the school district. Material from candidates and political parties will not be accepted for posting or distribution except when used as part of the curriculum.

        How do you post flyers?

        Flyers submitted for approval must abide by Woodridge 68 Board policy and Peachjar's policies & terms. Getting the word out about your amazing programs and resources is as easy as 1-2-3: see how it works.

         

        To submit your flyer for district approval, follow the steps below.

        1. Register your account as a Community Organization on peachjar.com
        2. Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more. Peachjar does offer a Community Free Flyer Program that some organizations may qualify for.
        3. Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer

        After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.

        Paper flyers from outside organizations will not be distributed. The district and schools cannot upload flyers on behalf of outside groups.

      Marketing to staff

      • Are you a business or organization looking to market directly to school district staff? Do you have a promotion that benefits educators? Woodridge 68 offers businesses the opportunity to share their promotions and programs with staff through an eflyer system.

         

        Peachjar manages this service on behalf of our district using the latest electronic communication technology. Once your flyer is posted to the district's Peachjar site, staff can view your flyer online on the StaffHUB (intranet). Additionally, your flyer will be delivered via e-mail to all staff visually. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—targeted call-to-action buttons, flyer performance reports, and more! Peachjar does charge a nominal fee for this service.
