Free and Reduced Meals
-
Woodridge School District 68 offers free and reduced-priced meals to those students whose family meets the income guidelines posted by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). School meals meet the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the School Breakfast Program (SBP) nutritional standards.
To see if your student qualifies for free or reduced-price school meals, a parent or guardian can submit an application available on your child's online account, at each school office or on our district website. Please note: applications are not available before July 1 annually.
Some families will automatically receive free meal benefits based on information provided by the Illinois Department of Human Services and the Illinois State Board of Education. These families will be notified by the school distict in July. If a family currently receives food stamps or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and has not been notified by the District, an application may need to be completed.
