• Provide financial guidance to the Superintendent of Schools and Board of Education, which supports the fiscal stability of the school district.
• Model a moral, legal and ethical behavior and implement controls and processes to ensure that public dollars are spent appropriately.
• Ensure internal controls effectively maintain the integrity of financial records and safeguard district assets.
