Food Service
The Food Services department is responsible for:
- Monitoring the school food service program in Woodridge School District 68 schools
- Overseeing adherence to the guidelines established by the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program and the Illinois Department of Public Health
- Monitoring meal payment program at all levels
- Processes free and reduced and waiver of fee applications for district and schools
- Attending State and Federal workshops to address updated guidelines
- Monitoring all aspects of the food service program budget
- Publishing news and information about the food service program for parents
- Arranging food service needs for various district functions
