Google Takeout

Google Takeout is a tool that can be used to transfer your W68 Google data to a personal Google account. This is a good option for students and/or staff who leave the district.   

You can export and download your data from the Google products you use, like your:

• Email
• Documents
• Calendar
   

To get started, visit Google Takeout and follow the prompts. 

Please note: depending on the amount of data being transferred, Google Takeout can take up to a week to complete. In addition, you may be prompted to increase your personal Google storage if you do not have enough space to transfer all information at the time you start the transfer.
