  • Woodridge School District #68 currently offers a free boxed breakfast and boxed lunch at each of its schools.  All students requesting a meal will be provided one free of charge.  Current USDA Waivers allow for all school aged children, 5-18, to eat free of charge.

The Woodridge School District Food Service Program is part of the Federal government's National School Breakfast and Lunch Program and Summer Food Service Program.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, several waivers have provided flexibility in providing meals to interested students and their families.  At this time the waivers are expected to continue through June of 2022.  Some additional recent changes include more whole-grain foods, more fruits and vegetables every day of the week, fat-free or low-fat milk only, reduced saturated fats and sodium, and no trans fat in the menus.

Questions may be directed to Hervanna Scott, Acting Food Services Coordinator, by sending an email to or calling the District Office at 630-795-6824.
