Mr. Justin Warnke

 

Mr. Warnke has been principal at Jefferson since July 2017. He has over 12 years of experience in education and had been the associate principal at Thomas Jefferson Junior High since joining Woodridge 68 in 2011. Prior to joining the district, he was the assistant principal at George Washington Middle School in Lyons School District 103. He began his career as a physical education teacher for five years before moving into administration. Justin gained additional administrative-level experience as an intern while at Addison Elementary School District 4.

 

Justin lives in Geneva with his wife and five children.

Mr. Andrew Neidlinger

 

Mr. Neidlinger joined Woodridge 68 in July 2018 with 16 years of experience in education and came to us from Chelsea School District in Chelsea, Michigan, where he served as Assistant Principal at Chelsea High School. He acted as instructional coach with an emphasis on school culture, environment, and student engagement. With a focus on character education and empowering learners, the question of “What is best for this learner?” is central to his educational belief. He gained additional administrative-level experience as Assistant Principal/Athletic Director for East Jackson Community Schools (Jackson, MI) and Dean of Students at Lake View High School in Chicago Public Schools. Andrew began his career with Charlotte (MI) Public Schools as a social studies teacher and basketball coach.

 

Andrew played college basketball and was named Division III First Team All Conference, Second Team All Great Lakes Regional, and Academic All American.

 

Andrew lives in the western suburbs with his wife, Jessica, and two young children.

Mr. Aaron Pollack

 

Mr. Pollack joined Woodridge 68 in August 2018 with 13 years of experience in education and came to us from Ralph Ellison High School, a Chicago International Charter School, where he served as Assistant Principal. He is a dedicated educator with a breadth of experience in instructional and social emotional practices and is committed to leading educators towards culturally responsive instruction rooted in high support and high accountability for students and professionals. He gained additional administrative-level experience as Humanities Team Lead and Instructional Coach at CICS Ellison. Aaron began his career with Natick (MA) Public Schools as a history teacher. He is also an alumnus of Thomas Jefferson Junior High School.

 

Aaron has been living in Chicago for the past nine years after spending time in Colorado and Boston. In his free time, he enjoys cooking with his wife, Amy, and skiing when he gets the chance.
