As we begin a new school year together, we want to make sure that we can always reach you quickly and reliably. Having accurate and up-to-date contact information is essential for your child’s safety and for keeping you informed.

Please take a few minutes to review your information in PowerSchool Parent Portal, including:

• Parent/guardian phone numbers and email addresses
• Emergency contacts
• Individuals authorized to pick up your child if you are unavailable

If anything needs to be updated, please contact your child’s school office. A school secretary will verify the changes and update them in our system.

Keeping this information current is very important. In the event of an emergency, illness, or unexpected schedule change, we need to know we can reach you—or someone you trust—without delay. Accurate information also helps us ensure that your child is released only to the people you have approved.
