Parent Teacher Organization

The Edgewood PTO is a group of parent volunteers who work with teachers and staff to help make school better for our kids. The PTO supports programs and events that directly benefit your child’s learning and school experience. These events are fun and help bring our school community together. Getting involved is a great way to meet other families, feel more connected, and show your child that you care about their education.

Do you know where the money goes that we raise each year? Some of the events and services the PTO provides include

• Assemblies
• Family Fun Night
• Field Trips
• Books for the library & classrooms
• Staff Appreciation
• Teacher funds for classroom supplies
• Replace Gym, Music, and Technology equipment
• Books for the Book Vending Machine
• Replace broken equipment

YOU can make a difference at Edgewood!

• You can make a difference by volunteering for different events throughout the year.
• You can volunteer for 1 hour or 3 hours depending on your schedule.
• We even have at-home jobs available!  There is a job for everyone!
• Leadership and support roles are available
• Volunteering for events helps to make the events run smoothly.
